I had a lovely stay at the hotel, which offered clean and spacious rooms that opened up to beautiful garden balconies. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made my experience even better. However, the soundproofing in the rooms wasn’t great, so I could hear some noise from the outside. Overall, the location was convenient, though it took me some time to figure out the nearby bus routes.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which added to the pleasant experience. It was located in a peaceful area that still allowed easy access to local attractions, but the breakfast could have offered more variety. Overall, it felt like good value for the price, although the rooms could get a bit warm without proper ventilation.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, though they opened onto a shared balcony, which made me hesitant to leave the doors open for ventilation. It did get a little warm inside.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful park-like area that's just far enough from the center to be quiet at night but only a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and shops. I enjoyed the good views of the mountains too.
Dining

The breakfast was okay, with the usual options of breads, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. However, I'd love to see a bit more variety in the offerings.

The hotel had decent facilities, but they could benefit from some upgrades, especially in the dining area where it lacked air conditioning.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some great aspects, there were also a few areas that could use improvement. The rooms offered spacious views and were well-appointed, though they felt a bit dated. The service was fantastic, with a friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us. The location was good overall, though a bit outside the city center, making it a little less convenient for exploring. Dining was decent with enough variety, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, it had good value for money but wasn't perfect.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which was close to the main city streets yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet at night. The rooms were comfortable and had lovely French windows that opened onto a shared terrace. While the staff was friendly and helpful, it felt like service could have been a bit more efficient. The location allowed for a short walk to various dining options, making it quite convenient overall.

The hotel is situated on top of a steep hill, surrounded by a lovely mature garden which provided a great view. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a tea-making facility that was a nice touch. Unfortunately, they could have been a bit cleaner, and the breakfast was quite limited. However, the service was outstanding, particularly from the hospitality trainees who made our dining experience special. Overall, I found it to be a good value for money despite a few drawbacks.

Rooms
8.0
The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, and I loved that it had a facility to make tea, which was a first for me in Spain. However, it could have been a bit cleaner as I noticed some hair on the floor.
Service

The service was fantastic! The hospitality school trainees treated us to an outstanding seven-course dinner, and everyone was incredibly helpful, especially when arranging my tour to the caves.
Location

Located on top of a steep hill, the hotel had easy access to the hilly streets, making it convenient for getting back to Las Carolinas. The parking was excellent too, which added to its convenience.
Dining

The breakfast options were a bit basic and not the best experience. It started late at 8:30, which meant I couldn't try it because of my early plans. However, the staff was very helpful on my last day when I had to leave early.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had nice facilities, but I didn't get a chance to use any extras as my stay was short. However, there was a nice pool area that looked inviting.
